That quote reminds me of something someone said to me a few years ago-
"It's easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission"
That has always bothered me in some way!

I've too heard a people use that phrase, "It's easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission." I have found it to be a little ambiguous and highly un-original!
