A crossroads of thought somewhere south of religion and culture, just north of music and verse, slightly west of trivia and mystery, and somewhere east of old and new.
When I was in college, I enjoyed theater production. When we were working on set construction, painting, etc. we would crank Buckwheat and Taj Mahal! It was great working music! Once in a while, I still pull out my Taj Mahal when I'm working on a big project (don't own any Zydeco, but you're tempting me!). This kind of music just keeps you movin!! Thanks for sharing!
Pete and I used to listen to Buckwheat Zydeco when we were dating and living in Atlanta. We loved to go see all kinds of bands play in clubs every weekend. I think we may even have seen Buckwheat play live. Great music! Thanks for bringing back some great memories. Mother of Pearls
