Ridley Scott's Robin Hood

Coming 2010! "He's going to break medieval....literally!"

Primer Trailer

Here is a trailer for the film I mentioned below. This one of my all time favorite movies!

The Road-Trailer

I read the book last year. One of THE most disturbing things I've read in a long time! If you're a fan of all things post-apocalyptic, you'll enjoy it.  Who's goin'?

Johnny Cash-When the Man Comes Around

Scenes taken from the film No Country for Old Men. A fitting tune for a film that has absolutely no music but more tension than a tight drum!

Prince Caspian- Who's Going?

How many of you are going to see Prince Caspian this weekend? It looks good! Please weigh-in and let me know what you think.

Once

I saw the movie Once last night and found it to be touchingly, tenderly brilliant! It stars the singer Glen Hansard from the excellent Irish band the Frames and Markéta Irglová plays his love interest...?, muse? Both are actually musicians rather than actors and this adds to the very realistic approach of the movie. I liked the music so well, (It's really what makes this film so wonderful) that I want to go out and buy the soundtrack! Musically, it's raw and powerful! Look forward to me posting some clips from the film and music from the Frames. Mr. Hansard belts out his songs in this film so passionately at times you think he might explode with emotion! I suspect he is a tremendous live performer. He is a busker of the first order! I highly recommend the movie, but be forewarned, the F-word is pervasive.

Primer

A trailer for one of my all-time favorites. Mr. Caruth wrote, directed, and starred in this movie. And the most incredible part is he made a mind-blowingingly wonderful film for $7000.
