Hey Chris--I know the answer, but it's because I read it somewhere else a few days ago (the speech in its entirety)--I'll let other folks take a shot at it.
I know who said it and I suppose I can say it since the only way anyone would know is if they keep up with the latest Calvinistic Buzz...but I'll leave you in suspense:)

Good job Chris! You've got me. No idea whatsoever, but whoever it is, seems entirely misled.
